Raj Subramanyam, MBA – CEO

As CEO, Raj Subramanyam focuses on company vision/ strategy, customers, team members and partners. Raj focuses on impact-at-scale through AiHI solutions with a focus on solving the most pressing customer problems with digital technology offerings.

Raj has designed and built software solutions and led digital transformation for Life Sciences customers.  


Raj holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York.

Craig Steiner, MD – Chief Medical Officer

Craig Steiner leads AiHI's clinical team to provide clinical input for medical and healthcare solutions.  Craig leads the product roadmap, solution design and clinical part of implementations. Craig is the clinical face of AiHI.

Prior to AIHI, Craig held various roles in medical device development with Archimedic, including liaison for clients and engineers, and advisor on proper device characteristics for the usability and workflow of clinicians.  He is a clinical anesthesiologist with over 25 years of patient care experience across all surgical fields. He was the founding medical director of a surgery center and VP of a 45-employee medical group and the managing partner. Craig has partnered with Siemens Medical Innovations and MIT.

Craig holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an M.D. from University of Pittsburgh, residency in Anesthesiology at Duke University, fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Craig’s recent clinical anesthesia was at Penn Medicine.

Geoff Winkley, BS, MD

As the Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Solutions, Geoff leads the clinical functionality, innovation and customer engagement for cloud-based solutions for urgent care organizations.

Joining AI Health Insights from emergency medicine and an entrepreneurial background, Geoff has 30+ years of experience in clinical care settings. An Emergency Medicine doctor by training, he worked in emergency departments holding various leadership roles for 18 years, prior to switching to the urgent care sector. Geoff was the founder and owner of a two-location urgent care company in eastern Pennsylvania, which received several awards for its excellent reputation in the community under his leadership. Most recently, he was the chief medical officer at Vybe Urgent Care, managing clinical operations across all 15 locations in the Philadelphia region.

Geoff holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Texas State University and an MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
